Cabover Restoration and Roof Repair

This Chateau arrived with severe water damage in the ceiling and cabover. In order to restore the cabover, our team removed the water damaged material, treated the cabover for mold, rebuilt the framing and walls, installed insulation, installed wall sheeting and trim that matched the rest of the Class C, repaired damaged fiberglass, and ensured everything was watertight to prevent future water damage.
In order to repair the roof, our team removed water damaged material, constructed new framing, installed new roof decking, replaced damaged skylight and vent base, and installed a new membrane.
In addition to these repairs, we located, repaired and sealed an area in the slide-out that could have potentially allowed water to enter the unit.
